In preparation for 1st Communion Mia had a day of Eucharist centered activities. I took the day off to help out,such a fun time!
Her favorite activity was baking bread.

Easter
We enjoyed Easter at our house this year. We had a small crowd, but our cul de sac was packed with cars. I think everyone was hosting their own celebration! Brad planted daffodils in the front of the house. You can see them, but thy haven't bloomed. Would have made a pretty picture!
We missed my grandad, he would have got a kick out of the girls running for eggs.
Immediately after church the girls changed clothes and dove into their Valentine candy. Yes, Valentine candy. They gave candy up for Lent and kept that sacrifice! I saw them several times turn down school treats, birthday goody bag candy, dr.'s office suckers, etc. so proud!
